I got plentiful and amazing breakfasts with yogurt and pancakes, as example. Stayed in stylish and neat room in the upper floors. Very central location was a plus.

The room was both functional and new-fashioned with the sweeping views and a big bed, as for instance. The location was marvellous - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

I greatly enjoyed the chic-style building, gorgeous and perfect room. And it had coffee and a strong WiFi. This hotel was located in a very central area next to the main atraction, good restaurants and points on interests and the main square where all restaurents and tourist information is and taxi. Again, I could reach a legendary stone within easy walking distance of the property.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, room was spotless & functional. The incredible and absolutely kind staff was much appreciated. This accommodation was in the very central location to get a taxi pick-up at the train station or airport.

The room was nice styled and neat with exceptionally comfortable beds and river views. Its location not too far from a grand cathedral was marvellous.

Marvellous setting, really close to the main square where all restaurents, a taxi, and a maze of one-way routes shared by a mix of cars. Also, in a loft area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the location was fantastic, being close to the main square and all the attractions. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the city lights. it was just what we needed for our stay in this city.

Just a one-minute (slightly uphill) walk from the plaza, this luxurious hotel is right in the middle of everything. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean (but expensive, which is kind of an overall Cuzco problem); staff is very friendly and co-operative and breakfast is above average. Hotel looked after our belongings when we were doing the Inca Trail and had already put our luggage in our room when we got back!

Perfect location, fantastic, dedicated staff, I wish every hotel was like this place. The recommendation they provided for enigma tours for a day trip to machu picchu was perfect, we were also very impressed at their quality of service.

The room was modern and spotless and the bathroom was large. The breakfast was adequate, and we truly enjoyed it.

Great and lovely location, secure area. Positioned 0.5 miles from the airport. Adequate breakfast for the start of the day with potatoes and pastries, as for instance.

The property is beautiful and the location is excellent. Rooms are modern and very nice. The showers were absolutely wonderful and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were fantastic - really friendly and helpful. The views of the city from the top floor were great. There's a great sitting room with a fireplace for guests that is super comfortable. Loved the free coca tea in reception too. Well located near the square. Breakfast was much better than I anticipated. Simple continental in feel, but actually quite good. Multiple courtyards and viewpoints of the city were also a nice touch.

Nice n cosy double room. No lifts if u have huge luggages thou. Breakfast is basic bread, drinks n cereals but enough to fill u up for the morning. Very close to plaza de armas.

No lifts. No heater in room so can get very cold at night.
